Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a virus like the flu that causes respiratory illness that can spread from one person to another infection people of all ages, especially older adults and people with pre-existing medical conditions. People with pre-existing conditions such as asthma, diabetes and heart disease may most likely become seriously ill if infected.  There is much controversy about these disease and the total impact of the illness which has a 99.5% recovery rate.

Fever, cough, and shortness of breath, and lower respiratory illness. and it can be contagious before a person begins showing symptoms.

  • Drink Plenty of Water - Up to 60% of adult bodies is water and the lungs are 83%.  Want to stay healthy, drinking water is crucial.  And stay away from soda, diet or otherwise as it is the #1 cause of Type 2 Diabetes, Obesity and Tooth decay.  Not drinking enough water can cause dehydration, headaches,  kidney problems & much more.  
  • Exercise regularly - Exercise supports  both your body and mind keeping both healthy.
  • Getting a good night's sleep - an adequate amount of good sleep is critical to your health and boosting your immune system.
  • Eliminate Stress - the #1 hindrance to good health and healing is stress.  Eliminating anxiety is key to optimal immune health.  Phillipians 4:6-7 reads, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.  And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
